Sweetest

Left for me on my bathtub..."Mom - I am going to miss you a lot when I am a grownup. Dear Jacob"

Pretty sweet!

Delicious

I love this stuff sooooo much. I know it looks like something the "retired set" should be sipping after a round of 18. But I tell you what...this stuff rocks! It's not to sweet and not to bland....aww yeah, just right! I have only found it at Raley's/Bel Air, definitely worth the trip!

Oh no you Dih..n't

Oh yes I did!! I bought 4 pair of shoes for Vegas! I'm leaving in a couple of weeks for a fun filled getaway with my husband and some friends. So what is any proper girl to do?? SHOP!!! Ok, in my defense the Old Navy flip flops were 8$ and the rest were all on sale at the Nordstrom sale. So not that much damage done. Got a few new tops and a dress and a bit of "bling". I also was such a selfless soul I even remembered my husband and picked him up 4 shirts....aren't I a saint?? So behold my shoe delight!

Report Card

I couldn't be any prouder of my Jake!! He got a PERFECT report card! Top marks in everything and he ended at a reading level 12 with no help. What a guy! All my worries about starting him early were for nothing. I'm beaming! He was just like "huh...yeah, ok mom". Look out First Grade..here he comes!

Swimming Monsters

This is a school project Jacob brought home the other day. It says "Sometimes I act like a monster. When I act like a zombie I walk like Frankenstein. I make zombie sounds." I love the little picture! Eye's closed, arms out...hilarious!

Here's another that he brought. It's about our summer plans. It says "This summer I am going swimming at my swimming lessons." I love that the lifeguard has a whistle on his/her neck. There's me, Jacob and the twins too. he he!

Kindergarten has been so great for Jacob. I was so worried going into the year that we were pushing him to early. He is an October baby, so he was only 4 when he started. He has done so well, both academically and emotionally. We really lucked out!
